Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define priorities and deliver clear, actionable scopes of work.
• Identify technical risks and collaborate with engineering teams to mitigate them.
• Diagnose and resolve defects, ensuring system and client stability.
• Process and integrate sensor and camera data streams.
• Expand Lattice OS capabilities for field XR systems.
• Optimize memory and performance for mobile XR systems.
• Tackle complex problems with robust, high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in C++ and software engineering principles.
• 5+ years of professional programming experience.
• Strong grasp of 3D math.
• Proven experience working in large codebases.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (required to access export-controlled data).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Android or XR development.
• Familiarity with scripting engines.
• Background in low-level OS systems development.
• Previous experience shipping a AAA game or XR product.
• Eligibility for a Top Secret U.S. security clearance.
