About
The PwC France Experience Center is dedicated to experience design and innovation, helping clients reinvent services and customer/user experiences. With a team of around 50 experts, we combine Design Thinking and consulting methodologies to support digital, organizational, economic, and environmental transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on UX/service design missions, organizational transformation, and interface design for clients or internal projects.
- Conduct user research, ideation, framing, prototyping, testing, and realization across various touchpoints (interfaces, objects, spaces, services, interactions).
- Collaborate in teams of 2-4 people and engage directly with clients during workshops and field research.
- Contribute creative talents to advance methods and deliverables (e.g., videos, photo reports, storyboards).
- Engage with diverse industries such as retail, finance, public sector, and energy.
Qualifications
- UX Enthusiast: Familiar with or eager to learn UX design, Design Thinking, and prototyping.
- Creative Skills: Expertise in one or more areas like UX/UI, motion design, coding, 3D printing, VR, or multimedia.
- Curiosity: Keen interest in emerging trends, societal/technological developments, and ecological transitions.
- Communication: Strong storytelling and presentation skills in French and English (C1 level recommended).
- Energetic Personality: Proactive, creative, and eager to bring unique ideas to the table.
- Sector Knowledge: Awareness of industries like banking, insurance, retail, or public services is a plus.
Internship Details
- Duration: 6 months (gap year or end-of-studies internship).
- Compensation: Based on study level and duration, with additional benefits.
- Location: Paris 9th arrondissement (Metro Liège/Saint Lazare).
- Field Work: May involve travel across France and abroad (Europe, Asia, America).
