Sr. Engineering Program Manager, HMI Embedded Platforms

Unity is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to join our platform enablement teams. These teams build support for next-generation emerging platforms including Web Browsers, Linux and Embedded systems used in automotive infotainment, digital signage, kiosks and interactive displays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering and product managers to build and execute roadmaps balancing feature development, partner commitments, and operational improvements
• Implement effective communication strategies and tools to keep teams on track
• Iterate on existing processes or develop new solutions to improve velocity and collaboration
• Identify and mitigate risks while handling conflicts
• Design and deliver training programs for new processes and tools
• Build relationships and facilitate collaboration with external partners
• Guide process improvements and organizational change

Requirements

• Software project/program management experience
• Track record of delivering against contractual obligations
• Experience managing external relationships
• Proven success working with globally dispersed teams
• Experience managing process and organizational change
• Strong focus on relationship building and positive culture
• Excellent communication skills across various audiences

Nice to Have

• Passion for computer games or real-time 3D experiences
• Experience with Kanban, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Fogbugz, Favro, Trello, Miro, and Confluence
