As a Product Designer, you'll take on the challenge of defining, researching, prototyping, and implementing new features and iterations. The role demands a balance of interaction design, visual design, and product thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Transform broad concepts into user-centric designs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Research, and Engineering teams from concept to completion.
  • Drive strategic priorities across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage end-to-end design (user flows, interaction, visual) for multiple products and projects.
  • Present designs, prototypes, and concepts to stakeholders.
  • Guide engineers for high-quality implementation.
  • Articulate design decisions to internal stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in designing software products.
  • Background working in technical environments.
  • Experience using research and data to inform product strategies.
  • A portfolio showcasing user experience, interaction, and visual design skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing for virtual, augmented, or mixed reality.
  • Expertise working with stakeholders like User Research, Engineering, and Product Management.
  • Prototyping 3D interactions/interfaces using Unity.
  • Familiarity with novel user inputs like hand or eye tracking.
  • Designing for developer or creator products.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $165,000/year to $231,000/year.
  • Includes bonus, equity, and benefits.
