Innovation Lead

DrBalcony is seeking an Innovation Lead to drive technological advancements in the inspection and design industry. This role focuses on integrating cutting-edge technologies, including AI and AR/VR, to ensure DrBalcony stays ahead in innovation and competitiveness.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the Innovation Hub roadmap aligned with DrBalcony's business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to integrate emerging technologies like AI, AR, and VR.

Research and Development

• Stay updated on industry trends and perform feasibility studies on new technologies.
• Oversee the development of prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate new ideas.

Collaboration and Integration

• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams for seamless innovation integration.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to promote creativity and gather insights.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor team members, including an AI Researcher and AR/VR Developer.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.

Reporting and Communication

• Present findings and innovations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Deliver biannual reports on emerging trends and their potential business impact.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years in technology research, R&D, or innovation leadership roles.

Skills

• Strong understanding of AI, AR, and VR technologies.
• Excellent project management and strategic planning skills.
