Gaming Community & Social Media Specialist Intern (AR/VR)

What You'll Do

• Manage & Grow Gaming Communities: Lead the growth, moderation, and engagement of our Discord server and other gaming-focused communities, fostering an inclusive and exciting environment.
• Create and Execute Social Media Content: Ideate, script, edit, and post captivating social content across platforms, focusing on gaming-related trends and user engagement.
• Collaborate on Campaigns: Work closely with founders, the product manager, and the Social Media team to align gaming and social media strategies.
• Analyze & Optimize: Track and analyze community and social media performance to refine strategies for user acquisition and retention.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest in gaming, AR/VR, and social media trends to bring innovative ideas to the table.

What We're Looking For

• Gaming Enthusiast: You live and breathe gaming culture, with a strong understanding of how gamers interact on platforms like Discord, Twitch, and TikTok.
• Social Media Savvy: Prior experience managing social media accounts, creating content, or editing videos for digital platforms.
• Community Builder: Passionate about connecting with people and fostering vibrant online communities. Experience managing Discord servers or other gaming communities is highly desirable.
• Creative Storyteller: Skilled at crafting engaging narratives through videos, memes, posts, or other mediums that resonate with gaming audiences.
• AR/VR Interest: Excited about the future of AR/VR technology and its intersection with gaming.
• Adaptable Self-Starter: Thrives in the fast-paced environment of a startup and takes initiative to make things happen.
