Digital Sculptor

Hasbro is seeking a highly skilled Digital Sculptor to join our 3D Digital Sculpting team. You'll be creating content that captivates global audiences through imagination and play, from detailed fan items to children's toys and gaming experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create original product sculpts for engineering and tooling while maintaining aesthetics
• Perform high-quality 3D modeling, hard-surface modeling, and organic sculpting
• Transform character concepts into detailed models reflecting intended style
• Apply innovative approaches and creative problem-solving
• Collaborate with development teams, model shops, and tooling vendors
• Maintain consistency in style and quality across character assets
• Establish precise tolerances and manufacturing constraints
• Execute projects according to defined milestones
• Enhance vendor capabilities and expand local talent resources

Required Experience & Skills

• 4-6 years experience in digital sculpting, 3D modeling, art, or product development
• Strong understanding of anatomy and design sensibilities
• Knowledge of plastics manufacturing and engineering model development
• Proficiency in:
• Maxon Pixologic Z-Brush
• Blender
• Maya
• Adobe Creative Suite
• KeyShot
• Microsoft Office
• Experience with material usage, decoration, product safety
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin or Cantonese

• Experience in animation rigging, digital texturing, and lighting (preferred)
