Your tasks?

• As part of senior management, you will be responsible for the miXedReality (XR) division, both disciplinaryly and financially, and create the conditions for seamless digital twins in an innovative XReality landscape within Mercedes-Benz AG.
• You will develop specialist and technical skills in a targeted manner, test new technologies and innovations, and position Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation GmbH as a key expert and valuable consultant for your business partners.
• You function as a central point of contact between the diverse interests of your business partners and ensure that the ambitious goal is successfully achieved along a clearly defined roadmap.
• With great commitment and strategic foresight, you are advancing the expansion of the portfolio of Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation GmbH and are actively working together with relevant business partners.
• You promote overarching networking within Home of Tech, support collaboration models and cooperations in the business stream Cross Technologies and develop national and international strategic partnerships for targeted scaling.
• You will be responsible for reliable miXedReality (XR) services and products for business-critical applications and promote the data-driven development of new, efficiency-enhancing services.
• You are advancing the standardization of the digital twin with miXedReality (XR) methods and technologies and play a decisive role in the digital transformation of Mercedes-Benz AG.

Your profile?

• You have several years of relevant professional experience in IT-specific corporate roles and extensive managerial experience in an international context.
• You have extensive experience in managing strategic projects in the area of the transformation and digitization of relevant business processes and enjoy the active design of changes.
• Ideally, you will be familiar with the different business domains and fields of application of a consistent digital twin at Mercedes-Benz and will bring along an extensive network of cross-divisional collaboration.
• Your strengths lie in establishing relationships, maintaining networks and convincingly presenting visionary miXedReality (XR) potential, particularly vis-à-vis top management.
• As the front runner in the agile development of miXedReality (XR) software and the 3D visualization of product data for digital twins and metaverses, you have the latest 3D visualization and interaction technologies in the VR/AR/MR area.
• You understand entrepreneurial processes inside and out, spray in front of ideas and are service-oriented, with your strength in working together and integrating diverse interests.
• Proficient written and spoken German and English round off your profile.
