AI Design Assistant

BIG is a group of 700+ architects, engineers, urbanists, inventors, researchers and business minds from all over the world who are based in our Copenhagen, New York, London and Barcelona offices. As an Intern at BIG, you will:

• Experience a dynamic and inspiring environment in an international creative community.
• Work alongside and learn from some of the best architects in the field.
• Play a key role in exploring, developing, and documenting AI methodologies in architectural design.
• Help educate and train our team on existing and new AI tools and workflows.

To be considered, you must:

• Apply only if your internship can run for a minimum of 7 months working full-time.
• Have at least 2 years of architecture school behind you.
• Proficiency with off-the-shelf image generation platforms currently available in the market, like Midjourney and others.
• Proven experienced using Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI and custom LoRa´s.
• Experience using LLM´s models for advanced processes, reasoning and automation within the AEC field.
• Having computational skills, such as coding or visual programming, is a valuable plus
• Have a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and be able to take initiative in response to direction or instruction.
• Be fluent in English and have great interpersonal communication skills
• Be a current student, and won't graduate during your internship. Graduates (master level) cannot be considered as interns in regards to the Spanish legislation.
